Clarke runs Wallabies ragged

-

WINGER Caleb Clarke produced a stunning display in his first Test start as New Zealand beat Australia in their second Bledisloe Cup test at Eden Park in Auckland.

The win, before a crowd of 46,049, erased memories of a 16- 16 draw in the first game last week.

It put the All Blacks in the driving seat to retain the Bledisloe Cup, which they have held since 2003, as the series moves to Australia for the final two matches. “He is a special player and a special kid,” said All Blacks captain Sam Cane, who scored his side’s final try, of the 21- year- old Clarke.

Clarke made 123 running metres, eight carries and 10 tackle- busts.
