Sarah shines for Christmas
WEST End star Sarah Brightman is to perform her first livestream concert as she reunites with former husband Andrew Lloyd Webber for a festive spectacular.
A Christmas Symphony will be broadcast from London’s Christ Church Spitalfields on December 20 and will feature a performance with her impresario ex to add extra seasonal cheer.
The 60- year- old soprano will perform the song Christmas Dream that Lord Lloyd Webber and songwriting partner Sir Tim Rice wrote for her to perform back in the 1980s. Sarah said: “Christmas is my favourite time of year. This year more than ever, we all need the joy, happiness and magic this season brings. A Christmas Symphony is my way to celebrate this special time.”
