Finance: The Martin Lewis Money Show: Live, ITV, 8.30pm

As the nation prepares for a very different kind of Christmas, both in terms of meeting up with our families and friends, and how much money we might have to spend on presents, food and everything else associated with the festive season, Martin Lewis ( left) answers viewers’ questions on how the ongoing coronaviru­s crisis affects our personal finances and consumer rights. He and Angellica Bell also have the latest news and tips on making your money go further as some families grapple with tighter budgets and come to terms with the fact that this Yuletide season will be unlike anything we have ever encountere­d before.

In a double helping from the Dales, Paul decides to act to avoid Mandy uncovering the truth, and tries to get Liv ( Isobel Steele, left) onside. Meanwile, Mackenzie winds up Moira, and Rish’s planning a surprise but refuses to say what it is. In the second instalment of the night, the situation with Paul spirals out of control as a frightened Liv has a seizure. Meanwhile, Rishi announces his plan and Manpreet meddles for Meena.

Nick Knowles meets the Sweet family ( above with the host) in Weston- super- Mare, whose three children have all been diagnosed with multiple rare illnesses and will soon be full- time wheelchair- users. All three already struggle with basic normal life at home, despite the love and care of their parents Cat and Chris. So the DIY SOS team – plus local workers – are here to give them the four walls they need.

Film: Shaun Of The Dead, ITV4, 9pm

An unambitiou­s 29- year- old man recently dumped and trapped in the job from hell decides to get his life back on track. Unfortunat­ely, he has to put his plans on hold when zombies rise from their graves and stalk the streets of London to feast on the living. Comedy horror, starring Lucy Davis, Kate Ashfield, Dylan Moran, Simon Pegg, Penelope Wilton and Nick Frost ( above).

Soap: EastEnders, BBC1, 7.35pm

More from the mean streets of Walford. It’s the day of the Lucy Beale Award Ceremony, but Bobby’s uncertain who is going to get the prize. Ian tells him he knows who Lucy would have wanted to win – but the eventual outcome surprises everyone. Meanwhile, Tina and Shirley are eager to see Ian’s downfall, while Phil and Sharon’s divorce gets uglier. Elsewhere, Ben ( Max Bowden, right) is determined to find out who informed on the Mitchells.
