Another episode of the comings and goings down on Albert Square sees revelation­s threaten to rock Stuart and Rainie’s relationsh­ip, while Tina unravels under the mounting pressure. Elsewhere, Kim ( Tameka Empson, left) has some tricky competitio­n down at the pub and as the two women vie to impress Kathy it becomes clear that this bar ain’t big enough for the both of them. Meanwhile, Denise insists on a traditiona­l Christmas for Raymond.

Drama: Industry, BBC2, 9.15pm

Harper ( Myha’la Herrold, above left) reveals details of Eric’s indiscreti­ons to Daria, setting in motion a chain of events with serious ramificati­ons. Yasmin tries to get Maxim to come to a party, but he struggles to see past what Kenny did at the strip club. Meanwhile, Greg ( Ben Lloyd- Hughes, above right) is left in an unstable state after being humiliated, and it only gets worse when Usman shows up with some drugs.

Documentar­y: Inside KFC At Christmas, Channel 4, 9pm

It’s carols round the deep fat fryer in this touching tour of one of the nation’s fast- food restaurant chains, as it bids to end 2020 on a fingerlick­ing high after the economic struggles brought on by the coronaviru­s pandemic. Behind- thescenes footage sees a brand new festive burger launched in a bid to keep regular customers coming back during lockdown. The programme also follows the daily struggles of the franchise owners in keeping their businesses going against all odds, and the team, including Mario ( left), pulling out all the stops to end the year as a success for the company, while keeping the punters happy.

Film: Die Hard 4.0, Film4, 9pm

Tough New York cop John McClane is sent to escort a computer hacker to Washington for questionin­g. During this routine operation he stumbles on a criminal mastermind’s plan to launch a technologi­cal terrorist attack on the US, and is forced to enlist the hacker’s aid in foiling the evil scheme. Action thriller sequel, with Bruce Willis, Justin Long ( both above), Timothy Olyphant and Maggie Q.

Drama: Holby City, BBC1, 7.50pm

Kian’s commitment to going cold turkey is tested to the full when Sarah Jane calls in a favour, and he finds himself tempted to crack under the pressure. Elsewhere, Jodie feels pushed aside when Sacha’s daughter starts asking questions about his surprise engagement, but refuses to give up without a fight. Meanwhile, Nicky ( Belinda Owusu, right) does not know who to believe when Chloe accuses Cameron of abusing his position.
