Collins’ ex to auction his awards
PHIL Collins’ ex-wife is getting rid of some of his music awards following their £25million divorce.
Orianne Cevey, 46, reportedly hopes to raise millions of pounds from the sale of 298 items.
They include three gold records awarded to Phil, 69, for drumming on Robert Plant’s 1982 LP Pictures at Eleven and his 1983 recording The Principle of Moments.
Orianne married the Genesis drummer in 1999.They were divorced in 2006.
She wed boyfriend Thomas Bates last year.
She also plans to sell her collection of 5,000 shoes and a 10.35-carat diamond estimated to be worth up to £585,000.
The auction is next Wednesday in Florida.
