Griefstricken PM needs help during awful times
I HAVE had very little patience with Boris Johnson’s handling of this pandemic, not the detail of the restrictions but the tardiness, always bringing them in just too late as to be really effective.
However on Tuesday night’s Downing Street briefing I felt absolutely devastated for him. He genuinely appeared lost, defeated, demoralised and griefstricken.
My thoughts, like his, go out to the many grieving, heartbroken families and the devastated frontline staff.
