Nuno’s set to unleash Jose
WOLVES are ready to call on their boy from Brazil in a bid to turn their season around.
Boss Nuno Espirito Santo could unleash new loan signingWillian Jose in his starting line-up at Crystal Palace today.
The 29-year-old striker, who has joined from Real Sociedad until the end of the season, came on as a late substitute in the midweek goalless draw at Chelsea.
Wolves have only one win in their past 10 Premier League games. Nuno admits he has a number of selection problems and may well turn to Jose, above, with star striker
Raul Jimenez still recovering from a fractured skull.
Nuno said: “Willian is ready to go. It’s up to us to decide when to take advantage of his tremendous talent.” Wolves have beaten Palace twice this season – 2-0 in the league in October and 1-0 in the FA Cup. Nuno says those games have no bearing on today and said: “We expect a tough match. They are always very competitive and I have huge admiration for Roy Hodgson.”
