Teenager knifed by four men
A BOY of 13 was in hospital with serious knife wounds last night after being stabbed in a horrific and cowardly attack by four men.
The gang – armed with large-bladed knives – struck in a supermarket car park as witnesses watched in terror.
Even police were stunned by the attack in Longsight, Manchester, on Saturday night.
Police Detective Inspector Daniel Hadfield said: “This incident was nothing short of shocking.”
The men were all said to be wearing dark hooded tracksuits. One was wearing a black gilet over an Adidas tracksuit and had a Gucci bag across his body.
DI Hadfield added: “A 13-year-old boy has suffered some very serious injuries at the hands of four men, and we’re doing everything we can to trace those responsible.
“We’re carrying out several lines of inquiry.”
The boy was said to be in a stable condition.
