The company is required to deliver letters to every home six days a week.

Dave Ward, general secretary, said: “Postal workers already do a lot of work for their community voluntarily, including helping with deliveries for food banks.”

Last year, the rollout of dashboards was pushed back to 2023 – four years after the scheme’s initial deadline.

Jenny Ross, Which? Money editor, said: “Our research shows that there is still a lot of confusion around key pension rules, so more needs to be done to improve public understanding.

“It’s been five years since the Government first committed to introducing the pensions dashboard, so it’s crucial there is no further delay.”
