The Signia Silk 1NX is one of the world’s smallest hearing aids that is ready to wear on the spot thanks to its super-soft silicone sleeves that allow it to hide comfortably in your ear.
The colour-coding of red for right and blue for left helps you to put the hearing aids in the correct ear easily. There is also a choice of black or mocha coloured front. We find the black blends in well with the shadow of the ear canal, and a short pull-cord attached to the outer side of the device makes removing it a simple task.
SMART CONTROL
One of the Silk 1NX’s biggest advantages is that it can be controlled through a free-to-download App on a smartphone (Apple and Android).
The App provides volume, tone and listening programme controls and a battery level check. If you don’t have a smartphone that’s not a problem. A pocket remote control is available for purchase alongside the Silk 1NX. If the remote control is added to your Silk hearing aid order, we will pair it with your hearing aid for you.
FULLY PROGRAMMABLE
The Signia Silk 1NX offers a host of sound processing features including: 16 sound processing channels 4 listening programmes Noise reduction features Advanced feedback management If you have sent us your audiogram in advance, your Silk 1NX will be pre-programmed before dispatch with the start-up amplification profile based on your audiogram. If you do not have an audiogram, our default settings, suitable for mild to moderate high-frequency hearing loss is used to create the start-up profile.
FREE FINE-TUNING
Overall volume levels and listening programmes are changed via the freeto-download Signia App. Changes to treble and bass boosting can also be done through the App. If you choose the optional MiniPocket remote control, it lets you adjust overall volume and change between listening programmes.
