Ole and Jose in war of words over Son VAR call
JOSE MOURINHO had a face-toface row with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer after Manchester United’s win descended into a war of words.
United had an early goal ruled out controversially when Son Heung-Min was caught in the face by the flailing arm of Scott McTominay in the build-up and VAR suggested the referee have a second look at the incident.
“The game has absolutely gone,” said Solskjaer. “We shouldn’t be conned. I have to say, if my son stays down for three minutes and he needs his 10 mates to help him up, he won’t get any food.”
On Friday, Solskjaer had warned his men not to be conned again
