POSH UP IN DRAMATIC STYLE
DARREN FERGUSON hailed his players as Peterborough booked their place back in the Championship in sensational fashion.
Posh, needing a point to secure promotion, were 3-0 down at home to Lincoln before a stirring fightback to draw 3-3, with Jonson Clarke-Harris converting a penalty in the 95th minute.
Ferguson said: “It’s incredible. I’ve never seen anything like it.
“I had all sorts going through my mind at 3-0 down, but what a bunch of players I have.”
Hull boss Grant McCann hailed the character of everyone at the club after they clinched the title with a 3-1 win over Wigan. They go straight back up as champions after finishing bottom of the second tier last season.
McCann said: “To turn around the sinking ship to one that floats on top of the ocean, it’s been a real team effort from everyone.”

Oxford are a point behind in seventh, after they won 3-2 at Shrewsbury with a late goal from Daniel Agyei. Charlton drew 1-1 at Accrington and can still make the play-offs.
