Helen: I badly need 007 role
SHE’S got it. By George, she’s got it. Dame Helen Mirren has identified the role she was born to play. She simply needs the bods at the Bond franchise to make it happen.
She wants to be a Bond villain, and quite rightly bewails the fact that we have never been thrilled by a female 007 baddie.
She says: “All the villains were always male and I was like, why don’t they have a fabulous female villain?”
