Euro 2020? Give me Royal Ballet any day of the week

I CANNOT believe that we have wall-to-wall coverage of a bunch of mindless morons kicking a ball around a field at Euro 2020.Who cares (“Cheers and beers for England win”, June 14)?

What a complete waste of the licence fee, which we are all forced to pay. I cannot wait for the complete works of Shakespeare, or better still the Royal Ballet, being aired every night for weeks on end. I won’t hold my breath though. Maggie Walledge, Broughton, Flints
