Daily Express a true beacon of positivity
WE HAVE purchased the Daily Express on Saturdays for many, many years.We enjoy the television supplement as well as reading the newspaper, of course.
But after reading last Saturday’s paper we felt we just had to congratulate you on a very enjoyable and pleasant edition.
From the superb first few pages all about the G7 summit in Carbis Bay, then the CBE news, then the “send in the clowns” vaccinations, it continued all the way through.
A very pleasant, uplifting edition. Obviously there are sad/bad news stories and often that outweighs the good. But not last Saturday, so thank you to the writers and also the photographers for their fantastic pictures. Eileen and Eric Moschke, Somerton, Somerset
