I’m going to be nest in line for the throne

- By John Ingham

TAKE a look at the latest royal birth – this delightful eagle chick.

The chirpy youngster was born in a nest at the Queen’s Balmoral Estate in Aberdeenshire.

It marks the first successful breeding attempt by rare sea eagles – also known as whitetailed eagles – on the royal estate.

Richard Gledson, estate manager at Balmoral, said: “All at Balmoral Estate are delighted that sea eagles have nested successfully for the first time.”
