Travel: Gordon Ramsay: Uncharted, C4, 10pm

In a new series, the TV chef (left) journeys to some of the most remote locations on Earth in search of culinary inspiration, epic adventures, and cultural experiences he will never forget. In tonight’s opener, he travels by motorcycle to the Sacred Valley of the Incas in Peru to learn the secrets of high-altitude cooking. As part of his quest, he fishes in high-altitude lakes, and samples fried worms, rare multi-coloured potatoes and guinea pig as he absorbs culinary traditions and risks his neck for niche ingredients. This week that includes grubs that live in a cactus plant hanging off a mountainside in this stunningly beautiful landscape.
