ALCOHOL FREE “sets the standard” against 12 rivals for the Group 1 Tattersalls Falmouth Stakes at Newmarket tomorrow.

Andrew Balding’s daughter of No Nay Never beat Snow Lantern by a length and a half in the top-level Coronation Stakes at Royal Ascot last month, with Mother Earth third and Pretty Gorgeous back in fifth. All three fillies reoppose in the one-mile test, but Balding, left, said of Ladbrokes’ 7-2 market leader, winner of the Group 1 Cheveley Park Stakes as a juvenile in 2020: “I think it’s a very strong race, but my filly sets the standard.

“If she’s anywhere near her best she’ll go very well.”
