Documentary: I Am Steve McQueen, Sky Arts, 11.30pm
This 2014 documentary delves into the life and career of the legendary actor Steve McQueen (left), who starred in such box-office hits as The Thomas Crown Affair, Papillon, The Magnificent Seven, The Great Escape and The Towering Inferno. Featuring contributions from his son Chad, grandson Steven and granddaughter Molly, as well as ex-wives Neile Adams and Ali MacGraw and widow Barbara Minty McQueen.
Comedy: This Way Up, C4, 10pm
Aine and Tom apologise to each other for crossing boundaries in the past, while Vish tells Shona he is going to see his ex-wife when he travels to New York. Should she be concerned? Elsewhere, Aine helps Bradley at a Windrush fundraiser, but there are consequences when Richard shows up unexpectedly. Bafta award-winning comedy drama, written by and starring Irish comedian Aisling Bea (above, middle).
Drama: Lucan, ITV, 9pm
First of a two-part drama written by the award-winning Jeff Pope, based on the real life story of flamboyant aristocrat Lord Lucan. In 1974, with gambling debts spiralling out of control and his marriage on the brink of collapse, Lucan becomes obsessed with regaining custody of his children. On one fateful night in November that year, the youngsters’ nanny Sandra Rivett is bludgeoned to death in the basement of the family home in London’s Belgravia district – and the earl is mysteriously never seen again. New York lawyer Carly Whitten finally lets her guard down when she falls for suave, handsome philanderer Mark King. But a impromptu visit to his home reveals he is in fact married to devoted housewife Kate. When the two women discover there is more to this love triangle than meets the eye, they decide to join forces to plot their revenge. Romantic comedy starring Kate Upton, Cameron Diaz (both above) and Leslie Mann.
Film: Night At The Museum: Secret Of The Tomb, Film4, 7.10pm
Fantasy comedy starring Ben Stiller (right). Larry Daley, the night security guard at the New York museum where exhibits come to life after dark, has to travel to the British Museum in London to return an Egyptian artefact and consult an ancient pharaoh who holds the secret to the magic. This third and final film in the Night At The Museum series also features Robin Williams, Owen Wilson, Steve Coogan, Ricky Gervais and Rebel Wilson.
