Dina deserves lucky break

If there is one athlete who deserves a break – and a medal at the end of it from Tokyo – it is Asher-Smith.

Her emotional interview after withdrawing from the 200m laid bare her despair at having to do so. All that preparation for nothing. But the relay offers an olive branch to one of Britain’s great hopes for these Olympics.
