Arts: Discovering: Dustin Hoffman, Sky Arts, 6pm

A look at the life and career of Hollywood actor Dustin Hoffman (left) who rocketed to fame after appearing in Mike Nichols’ The Graduate in 1967. Little did he know, his career would go on to span more than 60 remarkable years. Hoffman’s subsequent roles in Midnight Cowboy, Little Big Man and Straw Dogs solidified his growing reputation and he soon became known for his versatile portrayals of antiheroes and lovable, yet emotionally vulnerable, characters.
