Migrants looked after as Gurkhas suffer injustice
ILLEGAL migrants, mostly fit young men, are put up in hotels, clothed and fed at the taxpayers’ expense.Asylum seekers leapfrog our young people desperate for social housing. Foreign aid money
is thrown around like confetti to countries that do not need it.
Yet this Government cannot find money to give the Gurkha soldiers, who have served this country well, a pension on a par with British soldiers (“Joanna backs hunger strike Gurkhas to win pension justice battle”,August 16).
Boris, get your priorities right and sort it out or you are in for a fall at the next election.
