Tell jobless to get to work or lose all their benefits

REPORTS that there will be manpower shortages once students return to their studies at university is easily solvable (“Jobs boom shows we can afford to cut reckless spending”,August 18).

All those sat on benefits should be offered those jobs – or lose those benefits. I see so many people who have never ever done a day’s work in their lives, sat on benefits, who have a nice lifestyle.

Time for the Government to act for once.
