Blue day in court for Lee
BLUE singer Lee Ryan has been ordered to pay £1,501 and barred from driving for a year after he was convicted of two motoring offences.
The star, 37, who said he had no money, was on trial for not providing information about who was driving his car when it was clocked speeding on two days last August.
Court papers show his Mercedes was snapped doing 70mph and 71mph on a 60mph road in Peterborough.
Ryan, who said he’d sent off the information, told Peterborough Magistrates’ Court via videolink from Spain: “I don’t have any money. I’ve not got anything.”
