Cheated out of a pension yet layabouts still cash in

I AGREE with your reader that all benefit claimants should be allocated a job (“Tell jobless to get to work or lose all their benefits”, August 19).

Too many never bother to work. Why should they bother, when there’s the likes of myself, who has lost six years and four months of a pension I worked for and paid into and now face having to start again?
