AMAZON will become the home of autumn internationals after a new deal was struck for Prime Video to screen 17 Tests this year.
The agreement will see England’s matches against Tonga,Australia and South Africa in November – plus those of Wales, Scotland, France and Italy – screened on Amazon Prime in the UK, with Ireland’s to be added in 2022.The expansion will create the Autumn Nations Series.
It follows the subscription TV company’s involvement in the Autumn Nations Cup won by England last season.
