Gordon’s girl is so clumsy... like dad
TILLY Ramsay says she is worried she has inherited her chef dad Gordon’s “two left feet” ahead of the Strictly launch.
The 19-year-old, this year’s youngest celeb competitor, said: “Dad is very excited for me to be taking part – I think he’s always wanted to learn how to dance but he is just not very good at all.”
But Tilly admits she also has a long way to go with her moves.
She said: “I would rate my dancing skills very, very low, probably a two out of 10 to be honest.”
Tilly – a presenter of her own CBBC show on cooking – described her personal dance style as “awkward, uncoordinated and clumsy” and said she fears lifts the most as she is “so prone to falling over”.
But she does expect to take the judges’ criticism well if she can “control the nerves”. She added: “You know I do live with one of the harshest critics, Dad, so I’m pretty used to that kind of stuff.”
