Carol is stunning proof of today’s healthy lifestyle
GREAT to see my old friend Carol Vorderman, whom I’ve known since the 1980s, looking so amazing. Those of us who are getting on but really don’t feel any older than we did 30 years ago need to keep flying the flag. I’m over 70.
Carol is not quite as old as that and as far as I know she’s not wearing any elasticated waists!
I don’t know whether it’s the healthier food we are eating these days, the lifestyle of no smoking and more exercise or the less arduous work that we generally have to do, but I don’t really think any of us who are now over 60 look anything like our parents and grandparents did. Or is it just my imagination?
Anyway, well done Carol. Just because we’re getting on in years it doesn’t mean we have to look less than stunning.
