Divorce is our biggest headache
SWITCHING jobs or careers is harder than getting married.
And getting divorced or ending a long-term relationship is life’s most difficult decision, followed by buying a new home, according to a poll by insurance group Aviva.
Some 27 per cent put changing job or career as one of life’s hardest decisions, while 25 per cent say getting married was one of the trickiest.
Nearly half of people feel anxious when making a big decision while 32 per cent are overwhelmed.
Deciding when to retire takes people the longest – an average of 10 months and seven days.And they lose £421 a year on average due to being indecisive.
Eleven per cent say they had missed out on a job offer due to procrastinating, while seven per cent had missed out on buying a home.
