NET-ZERO SHIPPING IS FULL SPEED AHEAD
SHIPPING chiefs today urge the sector to aim for net-zero carbon emissions by 2050.
International rules require the industry to halve 2008’s levels – but the UK Chamber of Shipping wants the International Maritime Organisation to double that.
