Purple rain is a stormer

SNAPPING a storm can be electrifying, especially when you hit a purple patch.

Photographer Annette Kelly, 59, captured this stunning night-time scene at Indented Head while visiting friends in her home state of Victoria, Australia.

She said: “These are by far my best photos of lightning.”
