Time to get serious about tackling migrant crossings

IWISH the Government would stop playing at trying to stop the illegal migrant crossings(“High-tech cameras trained on France from Kent ‘can end migrant boat crisis’”, January 27).

As your article points out, using the Navy will make the migrants feel more assured of reaching our shores and be a total waste of time, money and effort.
