MORGAN INJURY BLOW

Skipper sidelined for rest of series

EOIN MORGAN has been ruled out of the remaining two T20 internatio­nals against West Indies with a thigh strain.

England’s one-day captain, left, suffered the injury in the warm-up for the third match of the series on Wednesday.

Follow-up testing revealed he had sustained a right thigh muscle injury which, while “relatively minor”, will prevent him from playing any further part in the tour of the Caribbean.
