‘WE WAITED THREE YEARS BUT OUR DREAM BREAK IS RUINED’

A BRITISH Airways passenger has shared her fury after a flight cancellation wrecked her plans for a dream trip.

Susan Price’s 7am plane from Heathrow to Rome was axed yesterday, two hours before take-off.

She said: “I am disgusted by the way they treat their customers with no thought to the impact on holidays.”

Susan, below, told how her bags had been checked in and will now be returned in three to five days.

Susan, 64, from New Malden, south London said: “They won’t give us our bags back. “We wanted to rebook but can’t do anything without our bags. “There were no managers around, they wouldn’t come out of their offices and staff were just sending us around in circles. “We have waited three years. Our holiday is now ruined.

“If they are going to cancel flights they should at least have the backup to provide solutions to travellers to ease the pain.”
