BRIDEGROOM’S FURY AS AIRLINE LEAVES WEDDING SUIT BEHIND

A GROOM has blasted British Airways after the suitcase containing his wedding outfit was not loaded on to his flight.

Farhad Ehtesham, 32, faces a race against time to be reunited with it before tying the knot in Tuscany on Saturday.

The business development manager, below, said: “The moment we landed, we got an email saying, ‘Your luggage is not there, please contact us’. BA’s website is really terrible because they don’t respond. I’m stressed. I’m furious.” He and fiancee Rachel, from Guildford, Surrey, flew from Heathrow to Rome on Wednesday. The couple carried her dress as hand luggage but checked in a case containing his wedding outfit, which consists of a green jacket, cream trousers and a gold tie. It also has presents, decorations and clothes for their honeymoon. BA said: “We’re doing everything to reunite the customer with their luggage.”
