You Musk commute

TESLA tycoon Elon Musk is using automated emails to force staff back into the workplace.

The electric car maker tells workers: “You are receiving this because there is no record of you using your badge to enter a Tesla facility on at least 16 days over a 30-day period.

“As a reminder, all employees are expected to be back, full-time.”

A reply with an explanation is expected.

A worker on an online work forum called it “controlling” while another joked: “Elon realised people need to commute to buy cars.”

Tesla has been contacted for comment.
