Pay your way if Sturgeon forces through indy vote

WE HAVE a very large national debt. If Scotland goes on its own, surely some of it will pass to Scotland to pay off (“‘Sturgeon’s pretend indy poll neglects Scots’ real priorities’”, June 29).

Over the years it has benefited from this borrowing, so they should have to help repay it. Or does Nicola Sturgeon expect the other three countries to repay it? Graham Williams,
