All UK citizens must have their say on Nicola’s plans

CAPTAIN John Borer (Letters, June 30) suggests all Scots should have a vote in any independence referendum. Since any act of independence for Scotland would involve a change to the constitution of the United Kingdom, I suggest all UK citizens should have a say.This would, almost without doubt, result in a “Yes” vote.
