Entertainm­ent: Johnny Vegas: Carry On Glamping, C4, 9pm

Johnny’s plans at his dream location, Melbourne Hall in Derbyshire, stall due to planning issues. But his ideas continue to grow, as he plans to become ordained as a Jedi wedding minister. The renovation of vehicles continues. Jim is working on old boat Mahala, while Stu, who’s working on the Puma, talks to Johnny (left) about his vision for the old helicopter. Meanwhile, Melbourne Hall estate’s developmen­t manager comes to Johnny’s rescue with a plan to open his “Field of Dreams” as a pop-up site. There’s a lot of work to do and the pressure leaves Johnny drained, with the project at risk of collapsing when he needs to take some time out.

Lifestyle: Marcus Wareing’s Tales From A Kitchen Garden, BBC2, 7pm

Restaurate­ur Marcus takes another trip out to visit leading British food producers who inspire him with ideas for his market garden and menus. Today Marcus goes to West Sussex to meet former chef Christian who shares his love of foraging. Along the banks of the River Adur Marcus discovers edible sea vegetables that he can use in tasty dishes. Marcus also makes smoked chilli butter, and a new fish recipe with samphire and shellfish.

Film: Atonement, BBC1, 10.40pm

Period drama starring Keira Knightley (above), James McAvoy and Romola Garai. At a country house in 1935, sisters Cecilia and Briony Tallis clash over Cecilia’s affair with servant’s son Robbie Turner, leading to a life-changing flashpoint that cruelly splits up the young lovers. As Turner goes to war, eventually finding himself stranded on Dunkirk beach, Cecilia must live in hope that one day they will be reunited.

Art: David Hockney: A Celebratio­n, Sky Arts, 9pm

An intimate portrait, featuring interviews with the British artist and new footage of him at work. While his work ethic may be easing off in his mid-80s, he remains articulate and entertaini­ng, and his recent portrait of Harry Styles shows he still has a keen grasp on self-publicity. Two days of programmin­g begin with Hockney chatting to Melvyn Bragg (above). Their long friendship is crucial to the fruitfulne­ss of the show.

Sport: Match Of The Day Live: Africa Cup Of Nations, BBC3, 7.45pm

Coverage of the second semi-final between Ivory Coast and DR Congo (kick-off 8pm), from the 60,000-capacity Alassane Ouattara Stadium in Abidjan, Ivory Coast. Hosts Cameroon and Egypt needed a penalty shoot-out to be separated in the correspond­ing fixture of the last tournament two years ago, with Egypt eventually prevailing, only for them to fail to repeat the feat in the final when they lost on penalties to Senegal.
