Tuchel wants Kane in the game more
THOMAS TUCHEL says Bayern Munich are failing to supply Harry Kane with the service he needs to fire them to Champions League glory.
Kane was a largely peripheral figure in the 3-0 defeat by Bayer Leverkusen on Saturday, which leaves them five points adrift of their rivals at the top of the Bundesliga.
Bayern now travel to Lazio in the last 16 of the Champions League tonight, keen to return to winning ways and hungry to ensure Kane gets back in the game.
“It’s rare for him to have so few touches,” said Tuchel.
“It’s one of his big strengths to drop deep and join in the play.

Lazio were second in their group, behind Atletico Madrid, losing twice.
Former Chelsea head coach Tuchel, below, added: “I can’t imagine anyone will underestimate this game – on the contrary.
“We have to allow ourselves to play with confidence.” Lazio’s biggest threat is sure to be star striker Ciro Immobile, who claims he has been given extra incentive by the prospect of lining up opposite Kane.
“To face players like this is always a source of great motivation,” Immobile said.
“I understand the level I’ve reached, and I know stats are all that matter for a striker.
“Sometimes I don’t even think about them but when I realise, then I can see I’ve done extraordinary things.
“However, tomorrow’s game is not just between Kane and me.”
