In 2019, Jeffrey LeighJones hired a life coach. Two years later, Jeffrey (left) had sold his house, his relationship was in ruins and he’d handed over tens of thousands of pounds. And he wasn’t the only one. Life coaching is unregulated: there are reputable practitioners, but also exploitative opportunists. Bafta-winning journalist Catrin Nye looks into a life-coaching company’s tactics of control, fear and intimidation. As the firm fights back, a tussle for the truth ensues.

The story behind the creation of Marks & Spencer’s new food hall-style stores that are tempting millions of shoppers with strategically arranged fresh produce. The documentary also shows how the store’s yellow-lable discounts of 70 per cent or more have become a massive TikTok trend, and reveals the precise times of day when you can snap up the biggest bargains. Documentary: The Titan Sub Disaster: Minute By Minute, C5, 9pm
A look at events surrounding the loss of the Titan submersible, operated by an American tourism and expeditions company, which lost communication. The race to find the sub and its crew began with a global rescue effort, including a deep-sea research team based 2,000 miles away. As the search intensified, the Canadian Air Force detected underwater banging sounds. The two-part documentary plays never-before-heard audio of the banging and recovery of the sub, while creating a detailed picture of events concerning the sub’s expedition to the wreck of the Titanic, assessing the scale of the mission and asking what lessons have been learnt.
Film: The Revenant, Film4, 9pm
In rural Missouri in the 1820s, fur trapper Hugh Glass acts as a guide for a hunting party when they are attacked by a tribe. The survivors head for Fort Kiowa but on the way Glass is mauled by a bear. Although left for dead, Glass is determined to make it to the fort and have his revenge. But ahead of him lies tough terrain and murderous tribesmen. Oscar-winning adventure starring Leonardo DiCaprio (above).

On tonight’s show a former circus show van is converted into an ingenious home, while on the Isle of Wight, iconic car Chitty Chitty Bang Bang gets an extension that inventor Caractacus Potts would be proud of. Plus, George (right) visits a Moroccan oasis in the heart of the Cotswolds and together with master craftsman Will Hardie, heads into the great outdoors as he seeks inspiration for his latest build – a studio flat with its own secret garden.
