From shooting the breeze with the Loose Women ladies and solving crime in The Bill to going on the run in Eastenders
Whenever David Wicks decides to return to Albert Square, you know trouble is never far behind. This week, when Walford’s prodigal son stopped by his old stomping ground, that trouble arrived in the form of the latest blonde floozy to fall for his charm – his girlfriend Naomi, played by Loose Women star Lisa Maxwell. On the run from Naomi’s husband and with a case stuffed full of stolen cash, the pair immediately seemed more Bonnie & Clyde than love’s young dream, so it was little surprise when this brief union hit the buffers, with Naomi betraying her paramour and leaving him in a bloody mess after a confrontation with some heavies. The role is Lisa’s second stint in soap after her spell as DI Nixon in The Bill.
