In 1917, Marcel Duchamp entered a work called Fountain, under the name R. Mutt, for an exhibition held in New York. Duchamp described the work as a piece of sculpture, though it was in fact a porcelain urinal. This documentary drama follows the story of Duchamp’s Fountain.
