Matthew King’s wedding to Anna De Souza (pictured) ended in tragedy when Matthew had a massive bust-up with his brother Carl and died after crashing his van and being flung through the windscreen while trying to mow down Carl.

15 YEARS AGO – CORRIE

When Tommy and Angela Harris split over their daughter Katy dating Martin Platt, their son Craig tampered with the brakes on Martin’s car. He hadn’t reckoned on Katy getting in the car with Martin (pictured, with Katy) and the pair crashed into a wall.

20 YEARS AGO – EASTENDERS

Tiffany Mitchell (pictured) was at war with husband Grant over daughter Courtney, and planning to flee to Spain, when she tumbled down a flight of stairs and fell into a coma. Tiffany recovered but died after being hit by a car on New Year’s Eve.
