ANIMAL MAGIC

The Jungle Book (2016) PG Christmas Day, 3.10pm, BBC1 Disney’s live-action version of the 1967 classic is a joy. Not only is it beautiful, pacey and funny, but the animals are brought to life by big stars who make the characters their own, from Bill Murray’s Baloo (above, with Mowgli) to Christopher Walken’s King Louie.
