I fell in love with this Mickey Mouse sculpture when I saw him in the window of The Conran Shop in London, but at £5,000 I thought he was too expensive. He was still there in the January sales and his tail had fallen off, so I got him at a knock-down price. I bought him because Anaïs loved him and as my house was all white I knew he’d fit in. He makes everyone happy the minute they walk in the house.
