Who knew koalas had a secret life? Well, they don’t, really, but this two-part documentar­y will tell you everything you ever wanted to know about these cute, tufty-eared, tree-dwelling marsupials. We also find out about the very real dangers facing these lovable creatures.

One of the greatest stories to come out of any series of Who Do You Think You Are? was the revelation that East Enders hardman Danny Dyer is related to royalty. Now, in this hugely fun two-parter, Danny sets off on ‘a right nutty royal caper’ to find out more about his ancestors.

Dying is something that we will all have to face one day, but it’s a topic that, understand­ably, people rarely talk about. But here, in a thought-provoking documentar­y, Dr Kevin Fong (right) confronts death head on, learning from those who are nearing the end of their lives.

A camera crew lands on Saint Marie to film an episode of the travel show Hot Spots. But when the presenter is found drowned in the sea, DI Mooney (Ardal O’Hanlon) has another murder inquiry on his hands. Luckily, he has the new double act of Ruby and J.P. (Shyko Amos and Tobi Bakare, right) to help him.
