8PM, ITV ★★★★
The murder of 18-year-old Stephen Lawrence (right) sparked outrage, but 27 years later, there are still protests about the mistreatment of minorities. In this special, journalists Rageh Omaar and Anushka Asthana host a panel of high-profile guests to examine how equal the UK is and what still needs to change. This is followed by a repeat at 9pm of The Murder Of Stephen Lawrence, the 1999 drama that tells of the traumatic aftermath and fight for justice through the eyes of his loving parents, Doreen and Neville.
