JOHN BISHOP’S GREAT WHALE RESCUE

The comedian has a ‘menagerie’ of rescue animals at home and, when the chance came to help to move two beluga whales from China to a new home in Iceland, he jumped in with both feet. The project soon became wildly complicated, but Bishop still had a lovely time connecting with these magical creatures, as we can clearly see here.

HHHH Tomorrow, Hugh Laurie returns to UK TV in political thriller Roadkill. He had great success on US TV, too, becoming the highest-paid actor in a drama with this long-running Holmesian medical mystery.
MOVIE
(2003) 15 HHHH Bill Murray isn’t always wellsuited to serious roles, but director Sofia Coppola certainly gets the best out of him in this dark romantic comedy, in which he plays a movie star all at sea in Tokyo. Seventeen years later, they teamed up again for On The Rocks (see Best of the Rest).
