Hit BBC drama Life On Mars is set to return to our screens – but possibly without John Simm, who played the lead role of detective Sam Tyler (pictured, centre). An insider says, ‘Talks are ongoing with John – nothing has been settled yet.’ After the second series finished in 2007, John said he wouldn’t do a third, commenting, ‘Two is my limit for any series.’
